    Vivica Anjanetta Fox was born on July 30, 1964, in South Bend, Indiana. She grew up in a family of Native American descent. Fox attended Arlington High School in Indianapolis, Indiana, before pursuing her higher education at Golden West College, where she earned a degree in social sciences.

    During her time at Golden West College, Fox began her acting career by appearing in various soap operas.

    She had roles in popular shows such as "Generations," "Days of Our Lives," and "The Young and the Restless." Additionally, she made a guest appearance in an episode of ABC's "Living Dolls." Fox was also offered a role in the television series "Who's the Boss?" but it was eventually given to Hollywood actress Halle Berry.
